The Little Light House is a Christian Developmental Center serving children with special needs from birth to six years of age. Laps for Little Ones is the longest-running annual fundraiser at the Little Light House, and has been an annual event for 31 years. Runners who compete at Laps for Little Ones raise money to help Little Light House students continue to receive tuition free therapy and special education services. Please support our Laps runners by helping them reach their goal!

Marianne Mills' Laps for Little Ones

On Saturday, October 24th I will be participating in Laps For Little Ones to benefit the children of the Little Light House. The Little Light House is a non-profit private Christian school serving children with special needs. The children receive tuition-free educational and therapeutic services. TLLH does not receive governmental or United Way support. Instead, they receive support through fundraisers and donations so generously given from people like you. At TLLH, miracles happen daily as a result of your gifts.
Goal $ 1,500.00

I had the privilege of serving as the school nurse for The Little Light House from June 2008 through July 2009 and I loved it. The kids there are truly some of God's most precious gifts and I miss them a lot. I am now a full time stay at home Mom to James and I love that too!

I still try to volunteer at TLLH once a week and I attend all of their events and fundraisers. If you've never been there before, I really want to encourage you to take a tour sometime. It's amazing to see all that goes on in that building and to know that it all comes from donations is truly inspiring.

This will be my fourth year to run at Laps for Little Ones. It's a great fundraiser and I'd love for you to come cheer me on if you are able to. And of course if you can help financially, please do so. Help me to reach my goal so together we can help the students. Thanks so much!
