When I first heard about the Little Light House I was amazed at the program they offer the children with special needs of Tulsa, OK. So when I moved here with my husband I knew this was a place that I would love be to apart of. I walked into the Little Light House and asked if they had a position open in the classroom, I was excited to know that they did. When I got the phone call that told me they had a position for me if I wanted it I was thrilled. I knew that I was going to be apart of something special that was truly God's work.

The Little Light House is a Christian School that helps prepare children for there next step in life. The age range of our children are birth to six years old. One thing that sets the Little Light House apart from any other early program is that we do not charge tuition to our families, or take any government funding outside of Grants. We keep our doors open strictly by donations that we receive.

Our school has eight classrooms that accommodate eight children with one teacher, one associate, and one part time associate that is shared between two classrooms. We also have therapists on staff to help with the children's physical needs, speech needs, and sight needs.

With that in mind we have sixty-four students right now in our school which is great but we have over one hundred and thirty children on our weighting list that one day we would love to have in our program. We need your help now to make sure we will keep our doors open to help as many children as we can. Just keep in mind that anything will help the children of the Little Light House. Thank you so much for taking time out to read about my wonderful school.
